I have a question for all you bloggers - " have you ever heard of fledglings going back to their nests after they have flown out?" Reason I ask is because we had barn swallows and there were five babies and they flew out and for the next few nights came back to the nest. They were so big that they were hanging out over the nest.
Tonight I froze-up three gallon bags of beans. Told George what takes so long is cleaning cutting etc. that takes the longest. Steaming 3 minutes for each batch and then cooling in cold water is the easy part. Just waiting for the peppers, tomatoes and corn. Make spaghetti sauce and salsa, and stuffed peppers. I need to buy a utensil to take the corn kernals of the cob. Smile
