Wow today is Friday the 13th. and we have seen buzzards, a sure sign of Spring and warmer weather. Plus hundreds of grackles, redwinged blackbirds and starlings. Sometimes they are so loud they are all you hear. Soon I hope we hear the peepers. My hubby always says at night "wow listen to all the birds" I remind him what is doing the singing.
With the weather warming, I may try and do some clean-up in the gardens tomorrow, pick up downed limbs and just try and get a job on things. So everyone smile we are almost there!

"When I go into my garden with a spade, and dig a bed, I feel such an exhilaration and health that I discover that I have been defrauding myself all this time in letting others do for me what I should have done with my own hands." Ralph Waldo Emerson
I was looking At MuddyBoots blog and she was talking about doing Spring cleaning. Well that put the bug into my ear. I am starting small, with the mudroom. But for all of you who live rural and have animals know, this is no small feat! But I managed to get it done. Hubby is doing refixing projects, so we will have sanding dust. This we make me do further Spring cleaning. I can't wait to throw open the windows. Bought some larger pots to repot my hibiscus, they need it badly. Plus the Bougainvillia need help too. Oh I can't wait to do the gardens and plants again. Keep smiling, it's getting closer!!!!!
